Scheme for Assistance for Industrial Infrastructure-DNH&DD
The scheme aims to provide financial support for improvement of infrastructure in OIDC/Non-OIDC Estates /Private Estates / Industrial Areas.
About This Scheme
Benefits
1. Under the scheme, assistance will be considered up-to 50% of the project cost or Rs. 20 Crore per project, whichever is less.
1. The committee may sanction upto 100% assistance to the projects of the Government Departments, Govt. Agency or Authority, State and Central Govt. PSUs, Board.
1. The Committee may consider undertaking specific studies for specific industries/ industrial areas/ industrial development activities through professional institutions/ reputed consultancy firms under the scheme, and expenditure for such studies will be incurred under this scheme.
1. In case there is no stakeholder for the development of the infrastructure of the industrial area/ estate, the Industries Secretary may appoint an agency to undertake a study on the requirement of critical infrastructure and submit it to the empowered committee for sanction of the project and to appoint an agency to execute the work.

Required Documents
- ✦Completed Application Form signed by the Authorised Person.
- ✦Copy of the Constitution or Establishment of the Institute/Company (Registration Certificate).
- ✦Note on justifying the criticality of required infrastructure and industrial area to be covered/benefited.
- ✦Detailed Project Report with funding pattern, detailed cost estimates of Infrastructure should be prepared on the basis of S OR (Schedule of Rates) declared by UT Administration of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
- ✦Layout plan of the project indicating the beneficiary units in the Map.
- ✦If finance from other sources has been tied up, then submit Confirmation letter of the institution/bank/other source (Please include financing pattern).
- ✦If the land for the project is available, kindly produce evidence for ownership of land.
- ✦If the ownership of the land is with Government then the NOC from Competent Authority is to be submitted.

How to Apply
The eligible institutions will apply with a project report to the Department of Industries, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The Department of Industries will scrutinize the proposal with the consultation of the Chief Engineer, PWD/OIDC and the Finance Department on Technical & Financial aspects of the project and then place it before the empowered Committee for decision.
