Required Documents
- ✦Domicile Certificate.
- ✦Caste Certificate.
- ✦Non-Judicial Affidavit of ₹100 Stating No Other Scholarship is Availed.
- ✦Bank Account Details.
- ✦Postgraduate Degree Certificate & Marksheet (Minimum 55% Marks Required).
- ✦Proof of Admission to a Foreign University (Offer Letter or Admission Confirmation Letter).
- ✦Accreditation Proof of the Foreign University.
- ✦Income Certificate (Issued by the Rajasthan Government in the Prescribed Format).
- ✦Age Certificate (Birth Certificate/10th Certificate).
- ✦Annual Research Progress Report (After Each Year of Ph.D. Study).

How to Apply
Applicants must apply within one month from the date of advertisement issued by the State Government for the scholarship. The application form must be accompanied by documents related to age, annual income, caste, and proposed syllabus/subject for the Ph.D. program. Income certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format issued by the State Government.
