Academic Scholarship Scheme (Labor Welfare Board Madhya Pradesh)
Under this scheme, up to two children of workers employed in industrial institutions/establishments covered under the Board are eligible for scholarship benefits. The scholarship is provided to students from Class 5th to 12th and higher education, who have passed their previous class.

- Pharmacy, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic (UG, PG, Diploma), Paramedical, Nursing Courses – ₹9,000/-

How to Apply
Register on the Portal
Step 1: Visit the Lok Seva Guarantee Madhya Pradesh Portal.
Step 2: Click on "Citizen Registration" and fill in the required details.
Step 3: Verify your mobile number by clicking "Click here to Verify your Mobile No."
Step 4: After verification, you will receive a Registration Number on your registered mobile and email.
Login to the Portal
Step 1: Go to the Lok Seva Guarantee Madhya Pradesh Portal again.
Step 2: Click on "Login", enter your Email/Mobile/User ID and Password, and log in.
Step 3: Select "Labour Department" and choose the scheme name.
Step 4: Complete the form by entering all required details (marked with *).
Step 5: Upload all necessary documents, such as ID proof and other relevant certificates.
Step 6: After completing the form and uploading the documents, click Submit
Fee Structure
- No administrative fee is charged by the Board for availing this service.
- If the application is submitted through a Public Service Centre, the applicant is required to pay the prescribed service fee as determined by the e-Governance/Public Service Centre.
Appeal Process
First Appeal
- The first appeal must be submitted to the Assistant Welfare Commissioner, M.P. Labour Welfare Board.
- The appeal will be reviewed and resolved within 30 working days.
Second Appeal
- If the applicant is dissatisfied with the decision of the First Appellate Authority, a Second Appeal can be filed.
- The second appeal must be submitted to the Welfare Commissioner, M.P. Labour Welfare Board for final resolution.
