About This Scheme

The scheme Grant for Purchase and Repair of Various Assistive Devices/Equipment for Persons with Disabilities has been implemented by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttarakhand. Eligibility

How to Apply

IIn-person

The medical officer must recommend the applicant for fitting with a prosthetic limb or hearing aid. The applicants should complete the application form himself/herself and submit it to the concerned Assistant Social Welfare Officer. The District Social Welfare Officer’s office will process the application as per the prescribed rules. Thereafter, payment will be made to the beneficiary through the treasury.
