- ✦Permanent Residence Certificate (from the local self-government institution)
- ✦Husband's Death Certificate Copy (if the applicant is a widow)
- ✦Certificate Proving Divorce/Abandonment (if the applicant is divorced/abandoned)
- ✦Certificate from an Authorised Officer of the Local Self-Government Institution (confirming the need for house repair and the house's area)
- ✦Certificate from an Authorised Officer of the Local Self-Government Institution (confirming that the applicant has not received house renovation or construction benefits from other departments or similar agencies within the last 10 years)
- ✦Copies of Documents Proving Mental/Physical Challenges/Serious Illnesses (such as cancer, kidney problems, heart disease, liver cirrhosis, paralysis, or other serious illnesses, if applicable)

How to Apply
Step 1: Visit to official website of the Directorate of Minority Affairs. In the "News & Updates" section, click on "Application invited for Imbichi Bawa Housing Renovation scheme 2025-26" and download the application form. Take a printout of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to one of the following address -
- Minority Welfare Section of the respective District Collectorate.
- (By Post) Deputy Collector (General), District Minority Welfare Section, District Collectorate.
