How to Apply

IIn-person

Step 1: The applicant shall submit the prescribed application form to the concerned Panchayat, Tehsil Welfare Officer, or District Welfare Officer, along with the required documents.

Step 2: Eligible applicants are identified in the Gram Sabha meeting, and the verified list along with the proposal is forwarded to the Tehsil Welfare Officer for scrutiny and completion of formalities.

Step 3: After due verification, the applications are submitted to the District Welfare Officer, who grants final approval for sanction of benefits.
