About This Scheme

The scheme "Jan Samuh Bima Yojana" was launched in 2019 by the Department of Tribal Area Development, Government of Rajasthan. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to Sahariya families in the event of the death of the heads of the families (primary earning member). How to Apply

IIn-person
Survey & Selection:
  • A survey is conducted by the Swachh Project in Sahariya bastis of Baran district to identify eligible families.
Enrollment:
  • Eligible families members are enrolled under the insurance scheme by the Swachh Project.
Submission of Claim (in case of death of the insured):
  • The family must submit the required documents to the Swachh Project office at Shahabad.
  • The documents are verified and forwarded to the insurance company.
