The applicant should be a large cardamom grower located in Sikkim, Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts of West Bengal, or other North Eastern States.
The applicant should undertake construction activities in a manner that does not block the natural flow of water, including streams, and is not objectionable to the local community or concerned authorities.
The applicant should ensure that the proposed rainwater harvesting or irrigation structure complies with all local regulations and environmental norms.
The applicant should allow inspection by designated officials, who will conduct the final inspection and recommend only eligible cases for assistance.
The applicant should ensure that the Inspecting Officer can verify that no violations of the prescribed conditions have occurred before recommending the case for sanction.

Step 2: Click on the “Register” option on the homepage.

Step 6: Registration will be completed successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed or sent via email.
