- ✦Original Marriage Invitation Card.
- ✦Marriage Registration Certificate (if registered with the Marriage Officer).
- ✦Affidavit attested by 1st Class Magistrate regarding the genuineness of the claim.
- ✦Marriage must be after Registration of the beneficiary to claim assistance.
- ✦Dependent Certificate (for brothers/sisters), issued by Naib Tehsildar/Tehsildar, confirming dependency and avoiding fraud.
