NOTE:
1. Temporary health cards will be issued for urgent treatments based on the beneficiary’s ration card.

How to Apply
Go to the official website of Mukhyamantri Abua Swasthya Suraksha Yojana: https://bis.jharkhand.gov.in/. Enter your mobile number and click on Get OTP. Enter the OTP received on your mobile phone. Fill in the Captcha code and proceed. Enter your Ration Card Number and Captcha code. Click on the Search button. The portal will display the list of family members based on the ration card details. If the details of the applicant match the Ration Card and Aadhaar Card, you can download the card direct
