About This Scheme

The scheme "Mukhyamantri Bal Hridaya Upchar Yojana" was launched by the Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Conditions

Hospitals must not demand any additional fee from the patient for treatment beyond the sanctioned amount.

The beneficiary or hospital must submit a detailed expenditure report/utilization certificate for the funds spent on the patient's treatment.

A duplicate or photocopy of the discharge ticket issued after the patient's recovery must be provided.
