About This Scheme

Mumkin - Livelihood Generation Scheme is an initiative launched by the Jammu & Kashmir State specifically aimed at empowering its young population. By providing subsidies and facilitating bank loans, Mumkin removes a significant financial barrier for aspiring young entrepreneurs, allowing them to invest in small commercial vehicles and establish themselves within the transportation sector. This not only fosters self-reliance among Jammu & Kashmir's youth but also injects fresh energy and resources into the local economy.

Benefits

₹80.0K

  • Up to ₹80,000 subsidy (or 10% of on-road price, whichever is lower) per beneficiary from Mission Youth.
  • Matching subsidy from the vehicle manufacturer (equal to Mission Youth's contribution).

Eligibility

    Applicant must be domicile of Jammu and Kashmir.

    Applicant must not be received any financial assistance or subsidy from government organization for self employment.
