Mukhya Mantrir Eti koli duti paat (মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰীৰ এটি কলি, দুটি পাত), also referred to as the Assam Tea Garden Workers' Financial Assistance Scheme 2025, is launched by the Government of Assam to recognise the contribution of tea garden workers in the growth of the Tea Industry in the state. This initiative marks the 200th year celebration of Assam Tea and aims to provide one-time financial assistance to tea garden workers in recognition of their invaluable contribution, thereby supporting their socio-economic well-being. The primary objectives of this scheme is: a. To provide one-time financial assistance of Rs. 5,000 to all tea garden workers (both temporary and permanent) and employees, excluding tea garden management. b. To support the welfare and financial stability of tea garden workers. c. To promote financial inclusion by ensuring all beneficiaries have active, Aadhaar-linked bank accounts
