About This Scheme

The scheme “Mukhya Mantri Krishak Samriddhi Yojana” was launched by the Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme aims to incentivize farmers based on the cost of cultivation, increase in productivity, and the Fair Average Quality (FAQ) of their agricultural produce. The scheme provides varying financial incentives per quintal for registered farmers who sell specific crops during designated marketing seasons, including ₹265/- per quintal for wheat and ₹100/- per quintal for gram, lentil, and mustard in Rabi Marketing Season 2017-18, and ₹200/- per quintal for paddy (Kharif 2016) and wheat (Rabi 2016-17). The applicant must be a registered farmer who has sold their eligible produce during the designated period and whose bank account details have been authenticated for receiving the incentive amount. The scheme is implemented by the Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Department, Madhya Pradesh Government. The applications for this scheme are accepted based on prior registration under the e-Upajan Scheme and verified sales data recorded through Agricultural Produce Market Committees (Mandis) or procurement centers.

An incentive amount of ₹265/- per quintal is provided for Wheat cultivated during Rabi Marketing Season 2017-18.

An incentive amount of ₹100/- per quintal is provided for Gram, Lentil (Masur), and Mustard (Sarson) cultivated during Rabi Marketing Season 2017-18.

Mode, Frequency, and Time of Disbursal

Mode of Disbursal: Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) or National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).- Frequency: One-time payment per eligible season/crop (Implied).- Time of Disbursal: Actions for depositing the incentive amounts for Rabi Marketing Season 2017-18 crops (Wheat, Gram, Lentil, Mustard) must be completed by 10 June 2018.

Conditions

The incentive amount is granted for Wheat sold by registered farmers in the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (Mandi) or through procurement between 15 March 2018 and 26 May 2018.

The incentive amount is granted for Gram, Lentil, or Mustard sold by registered farmers in the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (Mandi) or through procurement between 10 April 2018 and 9 June 2018.

The benefit is paid regardless of whether the produce was sold at the Agricultural Produce Market Committee below the Minimum Support Price or above the Minimum Support Price.

The bank account of the beneficiary farmer must be authenticated and verified by the relevant authorities.

The applicant must register themselves on the dedicated e-Upajan portal, which was developed by the National Informatics Centre (N.I.C.). This mandatory registration process requires the farmer to submit specific details, including their Aadhaar Card, mobile number, bank account information, the year of cultivation, the expected payment period, and the expected payment details.
