The scheme “Maitri Prashikshan Karyakram” is implemented by the Uttarakhand Livestock Development Board (ULDB) under the Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Uttarakhand. In Hilly Districts: ₹100/- per artificial insemination, with a minimum target of 25 to 30 inseminations.- In Plain Districts: ₹100/- per artificial insemination, with a minimum target of 50 to 60 inseminations.
