Women receiving less than ₹1000/- per month under social assistance programs and various pension schemes through the Samaj Kalyan Vibhag will receive additional assistance to a total ₹1,000/- per month.

The assistance will be directly deposited into the applicant's Aadhaar-linked DBT-based bank account.

  • Self-attested passport-size photo
  • Local residence document (residence certificate/ration card/voter ID card)
  • Aadhaar card of the applicant and her husband
  • PAN card of the applicant and her husband (if available)
  • Marriage certificate/certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat or local bodies
  • Husband's death certificate (in case of widow)
  • Certificate issued by the society/ward/Gram Panchayat (in case of abandoned woman)
  • Birth certificate/10th or 12th class marksheet/transfer certificate/PAN card/voter ID card/driving license (any one)
  • Bank account details and photocopy of the bank passbook of the eligible beneficiary
  • Self-declaration form/affidavit (attached with the application)
