Orientation Courses in Dramatics

The scheme Orientation Courses in Dramatics by the Tiatr Academy of Goa aims to improve the quality of tiatr performances. The scheme provides orientation courses and workshops covering script writing, lyrics composition, direction, acting, stage setting, stage craft, background music, light effects, costumes, make-up, and the history of tiatr. These workshops are conducted as per the syllabus formulated by the Tiatr Academy of Goa, led by graduates of the National School of Drama or Kala Academy School of Drama, with tiatr-specific aspects handled by personnel involved in the field. The training is preliminary, intended to help tiatr artistes enhance performance standards. The applicant must be an individual interested in training in tiatr's various aspects, including song and music performances, and must submit a self-attested copy of their Aadhaar Card with the application. The scheme is implemented by the Tiatr Academy of Goa. Applications for this scheme are accepted through the local press or by invitation to Konkani Dramatic Troupes.
