1. Low-Interest Loan: A loan is provided at an interest rate of 6 per cent per annum.1. Maximum Loan Limit: The maximum loan limit in this scheme is up to ₹1,00,000/-.1. Unit Cost Coverage: 85 per cent of the unit cost will be loaned.

Out of this 85 per cent, 85 per cent will be from the national corporation.

10 per cent will be from the state government.

5 per cent will be from the beneficiary's contribution.

> Repayment Terms: This loan is to be repaid in 60 equal monthly instalments, including interest.
