Pre-Matric & Post-Matric Scholarship
The scheme aims to provide stipend and financial assistance to students belonging to the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community. The benefits include financial assistance and stipends for poor students from Class 9th up to normal Three Years Degree Courses (e.g. Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, etc.

Benefits
The benefits are to provide stipend to Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship to the students belonging to the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community for the benefit of poor students.
The scheme is to provide financial assistance to the students of the Tea Tribes and Adivasi community pursuing their studies at the post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.
##### Conditions for Availment/Continuation
_The scholarship holder under this scheme shall not hold any other scholarship or stipend disbursed by any Government Department._
_Students who are also undergoing coaching in any of the pre-examination training centers with financial assistance from the Government will not be eligible._
_In case of detained students, he or she shall not be eligible to apply for scholarship for the same class twice._
_The applicant eligible for the "Post-Matric Scholarship" will not be eligible for other schemes, except for the scheme "Simon Sing Horo (Special Post-Matric) Scholarship," if eligible, in the same year._

Required Documents
- ✦Valid Caste Certificate which is duly certified/issued by the District Commissioner of the concerned district or his/her designated officer.
- ✦Undertaking on the Annual Family Income stating that It Is Not Exceeding ₹5,00,000/- Per Annum to be submitted by the Parent / Guardian.
- ✦Recommendation Letter from Headmaster/ Principal or Admission/Fee Receipts.
