The Sanctioning of Daisy Players to Visually Challenged scheme aims to distribute daisy players to visually challenged students pursuing 9th Class to Degree as per the Action Plan 2017-18.
Eligible beneficiaries of this scheme will be provided with a DAISY Player to facilitate accessible learning and information access.
The applicant should have 40% or above disability and meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the [RPwD Act, 2016](https://cdnbbsr.s3waas.gov.in/s3e58aea67b01fa747687f038dfde066f6/uploads/2023/10/202310161053958942.pdf).1. The applicant should be eligible for sanction only once in three years.
The applicant's family annual income should not exceed ₹3,00,000/-.
