About This Scheme

The scheme Skill Development implemented by the Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology aims to enhance the practical knowledge and research capabilities of students pursuing Earth Science and allied subjects. Through this scheme, specialised summer and winter training programmes are offered to postgraduate and integrated postgraduate students in disciplines such as geochemistry, sedimentology, tectonics, geomorphology, environmental geoscience, and paleontology.
