About This Scheme
The Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana: Ice Plant/Cold Store of minimum 10-ton capacity, introduced by the Ministry Of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India, aims to provide the subsidy to support the establishment of ice plants or cold storage facilities with a minimum capacity of 10 tons to improve fish preservation and cold chain infrastructure in Haryana. This centrally sponsored scheme is jointly funded 50% by the Central Government and 50% by the State Government. Eligible beneficiaries must undertake to keep the unit operational, cover maintenance and post-construction costs, and ensure ice is supplied to fishers and fish farmers at affordable prices.
Benefits
1. A 40% subsidy is available for the General Category.
1. A 60% subsidy is offered for SC (Scheduled Caste) and Women beneficiaries.

- ✦Detail of Bank Account and PAN Card
- ✦Detailed Project Report (DPR) or Self-Contained Proposal (SCP) as per PMMSY guidelines
- ✦All bills above ₹50,000/- as per E-way/Income Tax/GST rules
- ✦Certificate from C.A. with the bills certifying payment compliance with Income Tax/GST rules
- ✦CLU/NOC/Pollution/Fire Certificate from concerned department
- ✦NOC from Gram Sabha/Municipal Corporation/Authority of the area where the unit is located
- ✦Clear Site Plan/Area Site Plan attached with subsidy case
