About This Scheme

The "SAHAKAR MITRA Scheme on Internship Programme (SIP)" was launched by the National Cooperative Development Corporation to provide practical learning experience to professional graduates in the cooperative sector. The scheme offers short-term internship opportunities of up to four months in the areas related to the functioning of NCDC and cooperatives. It helps interns understand the cooperative business model, project preparation, and organizational working. The programme also encourages young professionals to support cooperatives, FPOs, and start-up cooperatives through leadership and entrepreneurship development.

Benefits

Financial Support from NCDC: The intern will be offered the following financial benefits during the course of SIP (4 months):-
