Special Incentive to ST (P)/OBC/MOBC Meritorious Students

The scheme "Special Incentive to ST (P)/OBC/MOBC Meritorious Students" by the Directorate of Welfare of Plains Tribes and Backward Classes, Government of Assam, aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from Scheduled Tribes (Plains), Other Backward Classes, and More Other Backward Classes communities in Assam. The scheme offers monetary grants to students who achieve high academic marks in Matriculation, 10+2, Graduation, or Post Graduation examinations. To be eligible, the applicant must belong to the ST (P)/OBC/MOBC community and meet the specified percentage criteria for their respective educational level. The scheme is implemented by the Directorate of Welfare of Plains Tribes and Backward Classes, Assam.
