The scheme Scholarship to Disabled Students by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department aims to provide financial assistance to students with disabilities. Through this scheme, annual scholarships are offered to support the education of eligible students from Class 1 onwards.

Scholarship Assistance:
The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat.
The applicant should be a student.
The applicant must have at least 40% of any of the 21 benchmark disabilities listed under the [Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016](https://www.indiacode.nic.in/bitstream/123456789/15939/1/therightsofpersonswithdisabilitiesact%2C2016.pdf). - The applicant should have passed the last annual examination with a minimum of 40% marks.
The applicant should possess a valid PH (Person with Disability) Identity Card.
The applicant should be currently studying in a recognized educational institution.

Step 2: The user should click on the "Click to register" option. Fill all details and click on "Save".

How to Apply for a New Service:Step 1: After logging in, select the relevant department.
Step 2: Choose the specific service to apply for within that department.
Step 3: Fill out all required details in the application form.
Step 4: Upload, attach, or browse necessary documents. Alternatively, import documents directly from DigiLocker.
Step 5: Carefully review all entered information.
Step 6: Submit the application.
Step 7: Once the application is completed, proceed to payment to download the certificate.
Step 8: Upon successful payment, the certificate will be available for download.
