About This Scheme

The scheme “Technical Education Scholarship Scheme For Diploma Level” was started by the Department of Technical Education, Himachal Pradesh. Under the scheme, the scholarships will be awarded to students who are pursuing Diploma level Courses in Engineering/Technology including Architectural Assistantship or any other equivalent courses as approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). > Number of Scholarship: Total number of scholarships for Diploma Courses will be 75 Number.

Benefits

₹200 · monthly

1. The value of scholarship for Diploma level courses is ₹200/- per month for all categories of students.

Note: For Diploma students 100% scholarships shall be awarded to the SC, ST, and Girls students.

Note 01: For all girl students Income Certificate is not mandatory.

Note 02: The students applying for poverty-cum- brilliance scholarship should furnish a certificate of the annual income of parents/guardians in the prescribed form duly attested by a Magistrate or Tehsildar. Students applying for the Brilliance Scholarship need to submit an income certificate.
