The scheme aims to train youth in biotechnology and develop entrepreneurial skills by providing technical knowledge, mentorship, and guidance to help them initiate biotech startups.
Under this training programme, training and technical information are provided to the youth of the state to promote entrepreneurship development and support them in establishing startups in the field of biotechnology, along with guidance as per their specific needs.
The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
The applicant must be a student or researcher at the graduate, postgraduate, or Ph.D. level in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Biology, Environmental Biology, or related subjects.

The Council organizes training programmes for entrepreneurship development. Prior to each event, information is published on the official website and in newspapers. Colleges, universities, and related institutions are informed through email or social media platforms, and applications are accepted via Google Forms.
