Training Benefit: Provision of 20-day training on top working techniques to rural unemployed youth. - Tool Kit Distribution: Each trainee is provided with a tool kit worth up to ₹400/- during the training period. - Financial Incentive for Successful Grafting: A payment of ₹10/- per successfully grafted tree is provided once the branches reach approximately 2 feet in length.
