Uttarakhand@25 "Adarsh Champawat" aims to develop Champawat district as a model district under the vision of the Honorable Chief Minister, with the broader goal of making Uttarakhand a model for other Himalayan states. The Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST), Dehradun, has been designated as the nodal agency. In this context, UCOST is working to develop the district as an ideal district by coordinating with NGOs, self-help groups, various state and central government departments, and other institutions operating in Champawat district.
