Required Documents
- ✦Bank account passbook of the applicant
- ✦Preliminary report related to the war or incident
- ✦Part-II Order issued by the Record Office/Director General’s Office regarding the war incident
- ✦Battle Casualty Certificate of the martyr soldier
- ✦Dependent Certificate issued by the Record Office/Director General’s Office confirming relationship with the martyr
- ✦Discharge Book of the martyr (if applicable)
- ✦Identity card of the dependent applying for the grant
- ✦Non-payment Certificate issued by the District Sainik Welfare and Rehabilitation Office, confirming that no ex-gratia has been paid earlier
- ✦Battle/Operational Casualty Certificate from:
- ✦Director General of Paramilitary Forces (for paramilitary cases)
- ✦Director General of Central Armed Police Forces (for CAPF)
