The applicant must be a victim of road traffic accident requiring immediate medical treatment and the treatment must be provided at empanelled hospitals under the scheme. The scheme is implemented by Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat and applications are accepted through participating hospitals where treatment is provided.
