Chhattisgarh state Government started a scheme "Vishvakarma Durghatana Mrtyu Par Antyeshti Evan Anugrah Raashi Bhugataan Yojana" for labor workers. Under this scheme, benefits will be provided to the workers and their family members. The main objective of starting the scheme is to provide financial help to the workers of the state. If any accident happens to a worker while working, then he or his family members are provided financial assistance under this scheme.

Financial Assistance under following circumstances

1. In the case of normal death ₹ 25,000/- and Funeral assistance of ₹ 5,000/-

₹10.0K

1. In the case of accidental death: ₹ 1,00,00/- and Funeral assistance of ₹ 5,000/-

₹75.0K

1. In case of permanent disability: ₹ 75,000/-

How to Apply

IIn-person

In case of normal death/accidental death/permanent disability, the application will be accepted for one year from the date of death/ accident. The application under the scheme will have to be submitted within the time limit in any choice center or labor office of the concerned area.. It will be mandatory to attach a scanned copy of the registration certificate.
