  • Certificate of Successful Mountain Scaling (Mount Everest or Other Peaks).
  • Physical and Mental Fitness Certificate (issued by Civil Surgeon).
  • Proof of Mountaineering/Adventure Training (as applicable based on origin).
  • Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police Verification).
  • Certificate of Completion from Mountaineering Institute (Mount Abu candidates).
  • Valid Snow Climbing or Advanced Mountaineering Training Certificate (for other state applicants).
  • Proof of Age (18 to 45 years).
  • Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.).
  • Residential Proof.
  • Certificate of Participation in National or International Climbing Events (if applicable).
  • Instructor or Subject Expert Certificate (for those applying as trainers/instructors).
  • Any other documents if required.

Step 1: The interested applicant should download the prescribed format of the application form.

Step 2: In the application form, provide all the mandatory details, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the below mentioned address.

Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.
