- ✦Certificate of Successful Mountain Scaling (Mount Everest or Other Peaks).
- ✦Physical and Mental Fitness Certificate (issued by Civil Surgeon).
- ✦Proof of Mountaineering/Adventure Training (as applicable based on origin).
- ✦Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police Verification).
- ✦Certificate of Completion from Mountaineering Institute (Mount Abu candidates).
- ✦Valid Snow Climbing or Advanced Mountaineering Training Certificate (for other state applicants).
- ✦Proof of Age (18 to 45 years).
- ✦Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.).
- ✦Residential Proof.
- ✦Certificate of Participation in National or International Climbing Events (if applicable).
- ✦Instructor or Subject Expert Certificate (for those applying as trainers/instructors).

How to Apply
Step 1: The interested applicant should download the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, provide all the mandatory details, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the below mentioned address.
