How to Apply

Application Process for Student:Principals or headmasters (Institute Nodal Officers) register schools using their UDISE code on the e-Kalyan portal. The school head enters eligible students’ details (name, DOB, Aadhaar). New students must be registered immediately upon enrollment. A unique ID is generated post-verification and is valid for subsequent years. Applications are verified by District Nodal Officers (DNOs) and forwarded to the District Level Approval Committee. Approved applications are sent to the State Nodal Officer (SNO) for integration and payment processing. Payments are made through the Aadhaar Payment Bridge System (APBS) or PFMS/NACH for non-linked accounts.
Document Preparation:
- Ensure all required documents are ready, including Aadhaar, caste certificate, income certificate (if applicable), and Aadhaar-linked bank account details.
Submission to School:
- Submit the required documents and information to the school principal for entry into the e-Kalyan portal.
Aadhaar Authentication:
- Ensure Aadhaar authentication is completed to generate a unique ID for the application.
