The applicant must be enrolled in the second year of the M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Agronomy program at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.
The fellowship is awarded for a duration of one year only.

Students are first invited to submit their applications on the prescribed form. A committee, constituted by the Vice Chancellor, then reviews and evaluates these applications following a defined procedure. Based on the committee’s recommendations, the Vice Chancellor grants approval, after which the selected students receive the fellowship payments.
