Benefits
Waiver of Outstanding Dues: Complete waiver of surcharge amount and 50% waiver of the principal outstanding amount as of the date of implementation of the scheme. - Benefit to Consumers: The entire surcharge and 50% of the principal amount are borne by the concerned distribution companies. - State Government Support: The remaining 50% of the principal amount is borne by the State Government as a subsidy to the distribution companies.

How to Apply
A waiver has been granted on the full principal outstanding amount and the surcharge payable as on the date of implementation of the scheme. The entire surcharge amount and 50% of the principal outstanding amount are being borne by the concerned distribution companies, while the remaining 50% of the principal amount is being borne by the State Government by providing it as a subsidy to the distribution companies.
