Under this scheme, scholarships and tuition fee reimbursement are provided to specially-abled students belonging to families with an annual income not exceeding ₹2.00 lakh, who are regularly studying in government and recognized educational institutions.

The applicant should be a native of Rajasthan.
The applicant should be a student.
The applicant should have at least 40% disability.
The applicant should be a regular student in a government or recognized educational institution.
The applicant’s family annual income should not exceed ₹2,00,000/-.
The applicant should have passed the previous academic year.
The applicant should not be a recipient of any other state government or NGO/trust-provided scholarship or allowance.

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Social Justice and Empowerment Department District Officer and request a copy of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the District Officer of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned office to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission and a unique identification number (if applicable).
