About This Scheme

The Youth Engagement through Empowered Youth Organisations (YESS Meghalaya) scheme, under the Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Meghalaya, provides financial assistance to registered youth organisations and eligible individual youth to carry out activities that promote youth development. The scheme is designed to strengthen networking, collaboration, and meaningful community-level engagement. Targeted Stakeholders Financial assistance is extended to the following entities and individuals: 1. Societies and Cooperatives 1. Voluntary and Not-for-Profit Organisations 1. Youth Clubs and Associations 1. Socio-Cultural Clubs 1. Alumni Associations 1. Community-level Youth Institutions or Groups 1. Individuals selected for competitions or events with valid proof of participation

Benefits

Financial assistance of up to INR 1.00 lakh per financial year may be sanctioned to eligible youth organisations or individuals.
Up to 10% of the total applications may receive a higher amount of financial support.

Step 1: Visit the official YESS Meghalaya website.

Step 2:Enter your mobile number and click Get OTP; enter the OTP received on your mobile to verify.

Step 3: For first-time users, fill in your basic details marked with *, such as name, village, gender, and district.

Step 4: Fill in the organisation details (if applicable) and list of registered members; multiple members can be added using the + icon.

Step 5: After completing all details, review the form, save it as a draft if needed, and then submit the application.
